This notice governs access to and use of the website irmardelamora.com (the "Website"). By browsing the Website, you accept the terms described below.

1. Website owner

The Website is owned by Irma Guadalupe Rodríguez de la Mora, professionally known as Irma R. de la Mora (the "Owner"), a psychotherapist with a practice in Mexico City, Mexico. Contact email: irma@irmardelamora.com.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website presents the Owner's psychotherapy and accompaniment services and makes it easy to get in touch to request a first session. The information published is general and informational in nature.

3. Nature of the services and health precautions

  • The Website's content is not a diagnosis, a prescription, or medical or psychiatric treatment, and it does not replace an assessment by a healthcare professional.
  • The approaches described (including Core Energetics, Ayurveda and Pranic Healing) are offered as therapeutic and wellbeing support, complementary to medical care and not a substitute for it. No specific results are guaranteed, as they depend on each person and their process.
  • A therapeutic relationship is established only from the first session, with your informed consent; simply sending a message through the Website does not create one.
  • The Website and its contact form are not an emergency service. If you or someone else is at risk of harm, go immediately to your local emergency services (911 in Mexico, the United States and Canada; 988 in the United States and Canada).
  • We suggest that you do not send clinical or sensitive information through the form or by email; that kind of information is addressed in session.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, images, illustrations, photographs, logos, emblem, monogram, graphic design and code of the Website belong to the Owner or are used with due authorization, and are protected by the Mexican Federal Copyright Law, the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the Owner's prior written authorization, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Website (for example, Core Energetics, EFT or Virtues Project™) belong to their respective owners and are cited solely to indicate the Owner's training, without implying sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by those owners.

5. Proper use

You agree to use the Website in accordance with the law, good faith and this notice. In particular, you will refrain from: uploading or spreading unlawful or malicious content, or content that infringes third-party rights; attempting to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas or to the Website's systems; and using the contact form for spam, unsolicited advertising or impersonation.

6. Availability and accuracy of information

The Owner strives to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is error-free or that the Website will be continuously available; it may be interrupted for maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond her control. The Owner may modify or remove content at any time without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for damages that may arise from use of the Website or from the inability to access it, nor for decisions made solely on the basis of its informational content. The Website may contain links to third-party pages or services (for example, WhatsApp). The Owner does not control and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies; their use is governed by each third party's terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For its interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, without prejudice to the rights that mandatory law grants you before the authorities of your place of residence.
